CERTIFIED ORGANIC PRODUCTS
Certified organic products are those which have been produced, stored, processed, handled and marketed in accordance with precise technical specifications (standards) and certified as "organic" by a certification body. Once a certification body has verified conformity with organic standards, the product can be labeled as such.
The certification process uniformity amongst producers so that everyone is adhering to the same rules. When you purchase a product certified under the Bioagricert Standard, you can be assured that the ingredients meet very strict and consistent requirements.
We have been certified organic in the types of Bio&Natural Cosmetic Standards
Bio&Natural Cosmetic Standards: the ingredients are of "natural origin" and the ingredients of agricultural origin or from spontaneous harvesting must be certified organic (on
the basis of the Reg. CEE 2092/91). The Operator must respect all relevant laws and regulations relating to manufacturing, composition, grade, quality, quantity, product descriptions, labelling and other aspects with reference to National and European legislation (Directive 76/768/CEE of 27 July 1976, Law n. 713 of 11/10/1986 and following modifications and integrations), and industry codes of good practice (GMP). Some chemical processes are allowed, but they should guarantee minimum pollution of the environment and safety for the consumer. The active and functional ingredients are processed using physical processes. All the chain should be controlled and guaranteed by the Company.
Bio&Natural Cosmetic Labeling must comply with the labeling regulations for organic products that strictly not less than 95% of ingredients from agricultural or spontaneous harvesting raw materials are allowed. They must also be certified organic and natural, in line with the present Standard and/or certified in line with the official standards for organic farming. Water is excluded.
